Production line helper • Lucas County, Iowa

Vacancy available: we are hiring a production line helper in Lucas County, Iowa. The job is in an electronics assembly unit. Day to day you will tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench; wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards; top up the line-side bins and call for parts when stock runs low; keep pace with the takt time and pass the unit to the next station; pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line; follow the work instruction sheet for each station. Requirements: • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts • Minimum 10th pass or ITI is an advantage Full-time with occasional weekends.
