On the job you will handle: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass Requirements: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Rotating shifts.
