We are recruiting: we are hiring a scaffolding erector in Hartlepool, England. Requirements: • Knowledge of safe loading, bracing and tie patterns • Full use of harness, lanyard and fall-arrest equipment The role involves: • Plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level • Fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform • Tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner • Read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class • Set out base plates and sole boards on firm, level ground • Inspect couplers, boards and tubes for damage before use At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
