Now hiring: we are hiring an external wall insulation fitter in Benton County, Arkansas. The job is on a high-rise façade. On a typical shift you will prep, clean and prime substrates before membrane application; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; install vapour barriers and seal all joints and overlaps with tape; install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling; seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant. What we are looking for: • Physically fit, able to lift and carry boards and rolls • Comfortable working at height and off scaffolding • Confident using a gas torch to bond bituminous membrane 5+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Walk-in interviews this week.
