Join our team: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Lincoln County, Wisconsin. You will be based at a fabrication and coating plant. Day to day you will hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper. Requirements: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Willing to work shifts and overtime Part-time with flexible hours. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
