Ideal candidate: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks • 2+ years' experience as a baker On the job you will handle: • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough Overtime paid at a premium rate.
