Dough maker wanted in Sunderland

Now hiring: we are hiring a dough maker in Sunderland, England. You will be based at a cake shop. Day-to-day duties: • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand You should have: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen At least 5 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. We offer £3,150 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
