The role involves: • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils You should have: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts 1+ years on the tools preferred.
