Body shop technician wanted in Carteret County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a body shop technician in Carteret County, North Carolina. You will be based at a busy body shop. Your main tasks: • Read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates • Straighten chassis and frames on a jig bench with pulling chains • Feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray • Mix and spread body filler, then block-sand to a smooth contour • Mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting Requirements: • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
