Dishwashing attendant wanted in Fremont County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Fremont County, Iowa. The job is at a banquet hall. The role involves: • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method What we are looking for: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) Full-time with occasional weekends.
