We are recruiting: we are hiring a kitchenhand in Jefferson County, Montana. The role involves clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar; sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass. What we are looking for: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) 3+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
