Shuttering and concrete hand — Marion County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a shuttering and concrete hand in Marion County, West Virginia. On a typical shift you will erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour; screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls; lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade; carry out slump tests and cast cubes for the lab. You should have: • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around $210 per day, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
