Your main tasks: • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder Requirements: • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day 3+ years on the tools preferred.
