Great opportunity: we are hiring a sheet metal press operator in Aurora County, South Dakota. You will work at a white goods manufacturing plant. What we are looking for: • Familiar with die setting and quick tool changes • ITI in fitter, machinist or sheet metal trade preferred The role involves: • Adjust press stroke, shut height and tonnage settings • Apply die lubricant and keep the tooling clean • Record output and downtime on the production sheet • Watch for cracks, burrs, wrinkles and double-hits on parts • Load metal sheets, blanks and coils onto the press bed Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
