Turning centre operator wanted in Kendall County

Join our team: we are hiring a turning centre operator in Kendall County, Texas. You will work at a busy machine shop. Day to day you will watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T tolerances; top up coolant and clear swarf from the bed; write and edit G-code programs at the control; run first-off inspection and sign off the part. Requirements: • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Comfortable standing for long shifts and lifting up to 20 kg • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
