Overlocker operator wanted in Muhlenberg County

Great opportunity: we are hiring an overlocker operator in Muhlenberg County, Kentucky. Requirements: • ITI / tailoring certificate is a plus • Knows how to set tension, change needles and do basic machine maintenance On the job you will handle: • Sew bartacks and buttonholes and attach buttons where required • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes Full-time, day shift.
