Immediate opening: brickwork mason (North Dakota)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a brickwork mason in Stark County, North Dakota. You will work on a busy housing site. Day to day you will cutting bricks to size with a bolster and club hammer or angle grinder; building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation; laying bricks to the line, level and plumb; mixing mortar to the right consistency with sand, cement and plasticiser; erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts; setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge. What we are looking for: • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
