Join our team: we are hiring a catering cook in Kosciusko County, Indiana. You will be based in a hospital or office canteen. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays The role involves manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; check deliveries and rotate stock using FIFO; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations. 4+ years on the tools preferred.
