Urgent requirement: we are hiring a catering cook in Allen County, Kansas. You will be based at a fast-food outlet. You will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; prepare the mise en place before each service. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate Full-time, day shift.
