Vacancy available: we are hiring a room service attendant in West Lothian, Scotland. You should have: • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel Your main tasks: • Greet guests, seat them and present the menu • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Explain the day's specials and recommend dishes • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place Full-time, day shift.
