Canteen cook wanted in Chesterfield County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a canteen cook in Chesterfield County, Virginia. You will work in a catering banquet kitchen. The role involves follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down. You should have: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
