We are recruiting: powder spray gun operator (Pennsylvania)

Join our team: we are hiring a powder spray gun operator in Mercer County, Pennsylvania. You will run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches. You should have: • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
