We are recruiting: we are hiring a rebar foreman in Humboldt County, California. The job is on a busy residential building site. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height and in deep excavations • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules Day to day you will lap and splice bars to the specified lap length; keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust; form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions; cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
