Requirements: • Minimum 2-3 years on construction or factory sites • Able to read and prepare RAMS and method statements • Confident enough to halt unsafe work on the spot The role involves: • Deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors • Update the risk register and method statements (RAMS) • Inspect scaffolding, full-body harnesses and lifelines for work at height • Run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry • Record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date 4+ years on the tools preferred.
