What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection • Able to pass a weld test on the spot The role involves: • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size • Tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run • Weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through • Keep the arc length and travel speed consistent Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
