Argon arc welder wanted in Kenosha County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an argon arc welder in Kenosha County, Wisconsin. You will be based at a busy fabrication workshop. Your main tasks: • Strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal • Inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut • Select AC for aluminium and DC for stainless and mild steel • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces • Can read fabrication drawings and welding symbols Rotating shifts.
