Great opportunity: we are hiring an uPVC door and window fabricator in Cibola County, New Mexico. The job is at a uPVC door and window showroom-cum-workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame • Fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents • Install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter • Cut uPVC profiles to size on a double-mitre saw at 45 degrees • Take site measurements of openings before fabrication • Read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile You should have: • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • Driving licence for measure-up and site-fitting visits We offer $4,100 per month plus benefits.
