Great opportunity: we are hiring a machine operator (earthworks) in Slope County, North Dakota. Day-to-day duties: • Inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up • Carry out daily greasing and check hydraulic oil, coolant and fuel levels • Keep the cab clean and oil-free and report defects promptly • Strip and stockpile topsoil ready for reuse • Swap buckets and attachments — rock breaker, grab, ripper, auger • Track the machine on and off low-loaders for transport Requirements: • Sound understanding of daily maintenance and greasing • Able to read drawings, setting-out pegs and level pegs • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat Six days a week, one day off.
