Immediate opening: car refinisher (Michigan)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a car refinisher in Ogemaw County, Michigan. You will be based in a spray booth. The role involves check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code; wet-sand and buff out runs, orange peel and dust nibs; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair. Requirements: • Good eye for colour matching and blending • Skilled with HVLP and gravity-feed spray guns • Sound knowledge of 2K paints, primers and hardeners Pay around $4,000 per month, based on your experience.
