Now hiring: we are hiring an abattoir worker in Cape May County, New Jersey. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry Day-to-day duties: • Season and marinate meat on request • Stuff and link fresh sausages with casings • Dress the chilled counter and rotate stock by date • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts Six days a week, one day off.
