QC technician • Bibb County, Alabama

Immediate opening: we are hiring a QC technician in Bibb County, Alabama. The job is in an electronics assembly workshop. Requirements: • Familiar with ISO 9001 quality systems • ITI or diploma in a mechanical or production trade • Able to stand for full shifts on the production floor The role involves: • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches • Escalate recurring defects to the line supervisor or QA engineer • Calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift • Carry out first-article and in-process checks on the production line • Record measurements on inspection sheets and SPC charts Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Pay around $230 per day, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
