Now hiring: we are hiring a confectioner in Noxubee County, Mississippi. On the job you will handle: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Basic cake decorating and piping skills 6+ years on the tools preferred.
