Lift installation engineer • Brunswick County, North Carolina

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a lift installation engineer in Brunswick County, North Carolina. You will be based at a shopping mall with escalators and lifts. What we are looking for: • Working knowledge of EN 81 / IS 14665 lift safety standards • Physically fit to lift heavy components and crawl in tight spaces • Valid driving licence for site call-outs The role involves run load and overload tests with test weights; fault-find control circuits with a multimeter and test instruments; replace worn sheaves, rollers, contactors and relays; fill in the service logbook and statutory inspection paperwork; rope up the traction machine and reeve the hoisting cables.
