AC mechanic • Lancaster County, Pennsylvania

We are recruiting: we are hiring an AC mechanic in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. The role involves wire the indoor-to-outdoor interconnecting cable and connect the isolator; install ducting, grilles and VRF/VRV branch boxes; check superheat and subcooling to confirm the correct gas charge; recover the refrigerant before dismantling or relocating a unit; fault-find on PCBs, sensors and compressors with a multimeter. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift outdoor units and work in tight spaces • Presentable and polite with customers on site • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolds Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
