Join our team: we are hiring a site dozer operator in Carteret County, North Carolina. The job is at a civil contractor's yard. The role involves work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals; carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil; clear land of trees, stumps and debris before earthworks begin; maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear; rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and uneven terrain • Knowledge of daily greasing and pre-start inspections Rotating shifts.
