Join our team: we are hiring a scaffolding charge hand in Henry County, Alabama. You should have: • Reliable, punctual and able to work in a gang • CISRS card or local equivalent at Part 1 / Part 2 level • Good head for heights and comfortable on open platforms The role involves: • Read scaffold drawings and work to the agreed loading class • Lay scaffold boards and secure them with board retaining clips • Tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner • Erect tube-and-fitting and system scaffolds such as Cuplok and Kwikstage • Install ladder access and ladder gates between the lifts • Fit guardrails, mid-rails and toe boards to every working platform Full-time with occasional weekends.
