Coating plant operator — Otero County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Otero County, New Mexico. The job is in a metal finishing workshop. The role involves: • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Willing to work shifts and overtime Full-time with occasional weekends.
