Urgent requirement: cnc lathe setter (California)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a cnc lathe setter in Napa County, California. You will be based at a busy machine shop. The role involves watch the machine through the cycle and clear alarms or crashes; measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers; load and index turning tools in the turret; deburr and chamfer machined parts by hand; adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish. What we are looking for: • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls • Confident with micrometers, vernier calipers and bore gauges • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
