Great opportunity: glazing fabricator (Jigawa State)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a glazing fabricator in Miga, Jigawa State. The job is on a residential building site. The role involves: • Cut aluminium profiles to size on a double-mitre cutting saw • Erect curtain walling, shopfronts and partitions on site • Fit EPDM rubber gaskets and beading into the glazing channels • Anchor frames to brick or RCC openings with fixing lugs and dash fasteners • Crimp the corner joints and fit corner cleats on the crimping machine • Install glass panels and secure them with glazing beads What we are looking for: • Own basic hand tools — measuring tape, spirit level, cordless drill • Accurate to the millimetre on cuts and mitre joints • Able to read shop drawings and work to given sizes Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
