Join our team: we are hiring a steward in Bracken County, Kentucky. You will be based at a cloud kitchen. Requirements: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Punctual, reliable and hard-working Your main tasks: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature Rotating shifts.
