Furnace operator wanted in Cleveland County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a furnace operator in Cleveland County, Oklahoma. Your main tasks: • Apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity • Maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings • Pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles • Mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture • Check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring • Assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together Ideal candidate: • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling • Able to read simple casting drawings and job cards • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
