Immediate opening: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Shelby County, Illinois. What we are looking for: • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics On the job you will handle: • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Pipe and fill cakes, pastries and cream rolls • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight • Load and unload the deck oven with a peel Pay around $2,900 per month, based on your experience.
