We are recruiting: dish pit attendant (North Dakota)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Traill County, North Dakota. You will be based in a catering unit. Day-to-day duties: • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature Ideal candidate: • Keen eye for cleanliness and kitchen hygiene standards • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
