Now hiring: we are hiring a powder coater in Rains County, Texas. You should have: • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes • Willing to work shifts and overtime The role involves hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat; run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time. 3+ years on the tools preferred.
