Earthmoving plant operator wanted in Waushara County

Now hiring: we are hiring an earthmoving plant operator in Waushara County, Wisconsin. The job is on an earthmoving and excavation site. Ideal candidate: • Understanding of safe digging near underground services • Willing to work at remote sites and mines on a roster • Able to read levels, pegs and basic site drawings The role involves: • Stockpile and spread material to the required levels • Read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles • Keep a safe distance from excavation edges and overhead lines • Level and grade the road sub-base to the surveyor's pegs and string lines • Operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material • Top up diesel, inspect hydraulic hoses for leaks and report defects Full-time, day shift.
