Your main tasks: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials • Score the top of loaves before baking • Keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch Requirements: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Pay around $2,800 per month, based on your experience.
