Fabricator-welder wanted in Meade County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in Meade County, Kansas. Ideal candidate: • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding Day-to-day duties: • Clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding • Feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool • Keep the arc length and travel speed consistent • Clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush • Sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size • Grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. $190 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
