We are recruiting: we are hiring a PVC window fabricator in Kaufman County, Texas. On a typical shift you will crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame; glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square; fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam; wrap, label and load finished units for delivery without scratching the profile; take site measurements of openings before fabrication; clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash. What we are looking for: • An eye for finish — no scratches, clean welds, flush beads • Driving licence for measure-up and site-fitting visits • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
