UPVC welding machine operator wanted in Day County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an uPVC welding machine operator in Day County, South Dakota. The job is at a uPVC door and window showroom-cum-workshop. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • 2+ years' experience fabricating uPVC windows and doors On a typical shift you will fit EPDM gaskets and brush-pile weather seals along the rails; fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents; fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam; clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash; drill drainage and pressure-equalisation slots in the outer frame; glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square. 6+ years on the tools preferred.
