Gas metal arc welder — Nemaha County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a gas metal arc welder in Nemaha County, Nebraska. You should have: • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium • ITI in welder trade or equivalent The role involves check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; read fabrication drawings and weld symbols; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding.
